SHIPPING AND RETURNs POLICY

UK DELIVERIES

Free delivery on UK orders over £60 - Yodel Courier Services.

We aim to dispatch your orders within 3 to 5 working days.

Your package will be sent by YODEL, trackable to all Mainland UK addresses. We charge a fixed shipping rate of £4.00 (up to 2kg in weight) which includes the packaging cost. We will certainly take all care in preparing and packing your items so that they are safely delivered to you. A dispatch notification email will be sent to you upon, tracking number provided. You will expect to receive your package within two working days after dispatched. Yodel provides customers with a two-hour delivery window notification. Please understand during the festive period, courier company are doing their very best to deliver on time, however, do expect slight delays.

We are temporarily suspending Royal Mail UK services in October 2022, due to industrial action in the coming months. By offering Yodel services to our customers, we will do our very best to deliver your orders as swiftly as possible during the festive season.

EUROPEAN UNION (EU) DELIVERIES

We deliver to a selection of countries in Europe using Royal Mail UK’s ‘Tracked and Signed’ (up to 2kg) service so that your package arrives safely. Shipping rates are determined by your location. The amount listed at checkout is an estimated shipping cost for one package weighing not more than 2kg maximum.

If you have a larger order over 2kg in weight, please do email us at info@vuivuibotanicatelier.com and we will arrange shipment via a courier company. We will provide you upon request an estimate of the shipping cost prior to acceptance of your order. Additional charges may be incurred dependent upon the size, weight and value of the goods.

Note – following the UK decision to exit the European Union and its subsequent implementation, consumers in the European Union are responsible for their imported goods and may incur a custom tax fee and / or other administration fee to be paid in their home country.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES

REFUNDS RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase and prior to dispatch of the goods. Please contact us at info@vuivuibotanicatelier.com to notify us that you wish to cancel the order.

When returning an item, it must be received by us within 21 days of receipt by you, be in the original packaging, and be in pristine condition without the security seal on the box being peeled off, or the bottle or jar seal being broken. We are unable to refund purchases that do not meet these conditions. Please ensure that you securely pack the item(s) being returned and include details of the purchase and your reasons for requesting the refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other method of original payment) and aim to do so within 10 days of receipt of the returned items.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to refund shipping costs. We cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using a tracking service to ensure your package reaches us.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the event an item is faulty or does not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, then you will be given a full refund or we’re happy to exchange the item, dependent on which you prefer. In these circumstances we will pay for additional postage costs.
